Hi, I’m Donal

After spending the 2nd half of my life travelling the world, I'm gradually settling down - still working too hard, playing when I can, and living life as fully as my body allows; mostly in Portugal, Spain & Ireland; often elsewhere.

I love to learn & share what I know; to support people in ways that last; especially skills in communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict transformation, as well as personal & relational healing.

To do this, I collaborate with many organisations, including as a certified trainer with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication.

I keep doing my best to make a positive impact – to take steps towards a world that works for all.
