When you engage with another – whether it is a lover, friend or colleague – are you doing what you want?… or what they want you to do?… or what they allow you to do?… What is the difference?… and why does it matter?
What would you truly like to be doing?… not doing?… or having done to you?… How do you even know?
Can you FEEL the difference?… How much of what’s going on can you actually feel?… emotionally? … physically?
The most trustworthy responses to these questions (and so many more) reside in our bodies. And the Wheel of Consent helps us to uncover AND to express them.

The Wheel of Consent is a simple yet powerful tool to make sense of the interpersonal dynamics of giving and receiving; to help us connect with and understand ourselves and others.
Understanding and embodying the Wheel works best through somatic experience – to feel it in your skin. So, we learn it primarily through touch exercises.
At the same time, this is not just about touch; it’s a pathway to heightened sensitivity, empowered choices, and authentic connections.
We Explore:
- Empowered choice: Negotiating agreements and rewiring old patterns around giving & receiving.
- Cultivating clarity: The Wheel of Consent Framework as a roadmap for navigating desires & limits.
- Agency & communication skills: Ask for what you want and say ‘no’ to what you don’t with courage, clarity and care.
- Somatic learning: Embodied experience through the practice of consensual touch. Before we learn to touch, we first need to learn how to feel.

No previous experience required.
There are several opportunities for exchanging touch as part of the learning. There is no genital touch or nudity.
