DESCRIPTION:A Foundation Training in Sociocracy: Shared Leadership & Consent Decision Making\n \nStruggling to find ease, enjoyment or effective forward movement in a group you are part of, which could be an organization, a community, or your family?\nAre you tired of power games?\nDo you have hope that collaboration in these could bring out the best in people?\nDo you believe that groups could be places of synergy, collaboration, growth, and deep and authentic connection? \n \nSociocracy, also called Dynamic Governance, can help.\n \nIt is a system which seeks to create psychologically safe environments and productive groups. \nIt is based on three key pillars:\n\nDecision making by elected consent\nStructures of interconnected small groups (circles) \nContinuous and collaborative feedback.\n\n \nIn this training, we will learn and practice each of these pillars, as well as how to facilitate meetings in a connecting and efficient way, how Sociocratic organisations are set up and all the other tools you’ll need to get your Dynamic Governance journey started.\nWe will journey together in an experiential and interactive exploration, using individual and group processes, games, exercises and meditations to integrate the teachings.\nNo previous experience required.\n
