DESCRIPTION:Transform Reactivity & Face Intensity\n \nEver regret how you react in heated moments & wish you could handle them more gracefully?\nOr, wonder why certain things cause you to lose your cool?…. to cross the line of sanity & become a crazy person? …. or even to erupt?\nHow do you respond when people close to you react in such ways, or express themselves with intensity?\nWhy do certain things seem to push the wrong buttons?\nWhat is it about those particular actions, situations or people?… \nWhy do we react so strongly?…and how can we transform these patterns of reactivity?\nMany questions. And many answers.\nIn this training, we resolve these questions from different directions. We start mentally & emotionally then focus on a visceral approach: tapping into the wisdom of our bodies, we find the answers AND the path to transformation there.\n \nWe Explore:\n\nOur patterns of reactivity: Various activities and inquiries inspired by the work of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Somatics, Family constellations and Neuroscience.\nPositive reconditioning: Deep internal shifts to find new responses to difficult situations, thereby expanding the possibility of interacting with such challenging situations in future.\nTransformative stretching: Navigate the zones of comfort, panic and strategic discomfort, where we embrace challenge and grow.\nReactivity mapping: What triggers you and how this affects your body.\nTrigger prevention & remedies: Many supportive practices for before, during and after being triggered.\nInterpersonal neurobiology: The mechanics of our limbic system – fight, flight, freeze and fawn.\nSelf- and co-regulation: Sooth and down-regulate yourself and others.\n\n \nYou Can Gain:\n\nTransformation: Deep internal shifts in relation to how we react to a stimulus (trigger).\nEmotional healing & resilience: New pathways to digest intense emotions, like anger, shame, envy & jealousy\n​Composure: Develop relaxed presence with intense expressions from others.\n​Increased capacity: Opening to pain and joy equally.\n​Practical support: Processes to transform your own and others’ reactive patterns.
